For the second time this season, Adriano Bertaccini appeared at the kick-off for STVV. The winter signing did not disappoint against Standard and provided the assist for Ogawa, but should also have headed in the 1-2 on a pass from the same Ogawa. “That ball had to go in,” the attacker sighed.
“We played well in the first half,” Bertaccini analyzed. “Everyone did what was asked of them and we were able to create more danger than Standard. After half time we had a more difficult time when the Rouches came up. We had nothing to say if the scoreboard had read 3-1. But all in all we can look back on a good match. I think both teams can be satisfied with this draw.”
