Chinese player Sun Yingsha impressed as she defeated South Korean player Tian Zhixi 3-0 in the women’s singles quarter-finals, securing her spot in the semi-finals. The match was intense, but Sun Yingsha’s determination and precision on the table helped her emerge victorious.

On the men’s side, Chinese player Fan Zhendong faced a tough challenge against German player Francesca in the men’s singles quarter-finals. Despite a close match, Fan Zhendong lost 2-3 and missed the opportunity to advance to the semi-finals.

However, Chinese players Wang Chuqin and Chen Meng had successful matches, both defeating their opponents and advancing to the semi-finals. Wang Chuqin secured a 3-1 victory against Japanese player Maharu Yoshimura, while Chen Meng dominated the game against Japanese player Miu Hirano with a 3-0 win.

In the women’s doubles quarter-finals, Chinese combination Wang Yidi and Chen Xingtong faced a setback as they lost 2-3 to their teammates Chen Meng and Wang Manyu, missing the chance to advance to the semi-finals. On the other hand, Chen Meng and Wang Manyu secured their spot in the semi-finals with a 3-2 victory over their teammates, showcasing their strong teamwork and skills on the table.

In the men’s doubles quarter-finals, the Chinese combination of Ma Long and Wang Chuqin defeated the multinational combination of Cedric Nuitik from Belgium and Jakub Dias from Poland with a score of 3-1, advancing to the semi-finals.
