SASSARI. More Derthona than Dinamo, for almost the entire 40 minutes and especially when it counts: in the final. Dinamo fails the appointment with the third consecutive victory and gives the green light to the surprising Bertram of coach Ramondino, who passes with full merit to Palaserradimigni for 83-87 and gives a double disappointment to the Sassari: Bucchi’s team, almost never dissolved and continues during the match, loses the opportunity to cement the fourth place in the standings and above all collects a 0-2 in the head-to-head matches of which the weight will be discovered only at the end of the regular season.
There is Miro. On the day of the great return of Miro Bilan, with Mekowulu left in the stands, Dinamo plays a not entirely convincing match, in the presence of a Tortona that imposes itself in an almost heroic way: without Daum, with Cannon at 4 fouls from 14 ‘(the fifth will arrive in the third quarter) and Macura sent off on 26’, the finalist team of the last Italian Cup remains ahead for most of the match, touches +12 at 18 ‘and +14 at 21’, gets resumed and overtake (79-75 with 5 ‘from the end) but almost nothing is wrong in the final sprint.

It starts with Logan, Gentile, Devecchi, Bendzius and Bilan, and with Filloy who immediately finds the bomb of 21-28. The “terrible grandparents” put Banco back in the game (28-30), Tortona after not even 14 ‘has Cannon out with 4 fouls but keeps the game in hand. Severini works overtime on Bilan, while Bucchi is perhaps in too much of a hurry to remove Treier to put back Bendzius: the result is that Sanders has much more space and with two consecutive open triples he pushes Banco back from 34-35 to 34-42. That’s not all: Wright is also hot and with two bombs digs a gap of 12 points, 37-49. And luckily, before the break Gentile puts in a double patch, with a 42-49 which all in all is a bargain.
The collapse and the rise. Upon returning to the field, the Banco did not get rid of the jaws: the attack is planted and on the other hand Bertram has clear enough ideas to fly at +14 with Macura, (bomb of 42-56 after 2’25 “) . After Bucchi’s timeout, there is Diop in place of Bilan, there is Dinamo in the area and there is Macura who misses the +17 bomb. Banco shakes, picks up the pace and also gets help from Macura: the American gets a technical foul, which, added to the unsportsmanlike of the first half, costs him the expulsion. The building explodes, Ramondino asks for a timeout and Dinamo finds +4 (79-75), but it’s not over at all. Gentile sends two bombs on the iron, Severini, Wright and Cain return the arrow for Tortona (81-83 at 2’21 “). Bendzius signs the tie from the line, then it is Cain who scores 83-85 at 35 ”and on the next attack Robinson throws the ball away. At 17 ”Sanders scores 83-87 from the line, Tortona rejoices, Dinamo chews bitter.
