Napoli the first semi-finalist of the Italian Super Cup. The Azzurri win 3-0 against Fiorentina in Riyadh and are now awaiting the result of Inter-Lazio to discover their opponent in Monday’s final.
Mazzarri’s team took the lead in the first half with a great goal from Simeone, a diagonal shot from Juan Jesus that beat Terracciano. At the end of the first half Ikon gets a penalty (foul by Mario Rui) but kicks it high. In the second half the Azzurri controlled the match and struck at the end: Zerbin took care of it, having replaced Mazzocchi, who scored a brace in three minutes between 84′ and 87′. Italian champions Napoli will pass and on Monday they will have the opportunity to play for another trophy.
