TREVISO. Call it the fourth year crisis. It will be the case, it will be the cabal, yet it seems physiological that every four years Treviso Basket should suffer a worrying decline in results, the result of incorrect choices, errors of evaluation, sometimes of incorrect basic philosophies. So it was in the year of Serie B (2013-14), with a team built theoretically to dominate the championship and to move up in the category.

In reality, from the very first outings in the league it was understood that tactical mistakes had been made, failing to combine the desire to enhance the best young players who emerged in the Promotion (Vedovato, but also Busetto and Malbasa) with the high ranking needs of a formation unsuitable for that type of tournament.

Disruptions cannot be made, especially at this time of the season. Rather, we need to find the desire to fight all together to reach the common goal which is to stay in Serie A ».

How can we explain this singularity of the crisis at the end of a four-year period of satisfaction? “Bad years can happen, we know, and there is no mathematical formula capable of solving anything.
