In this thirty-first day of the Serie C group C championship, the paths of Virtus Francavilla and Avellino cross today at the stadium New Arena Furnishings of Francavilla Fontana, where there are precious points up for grabs for the continuation of the championship. Flags and pennants in continuous movement, with the sound of the drum, impeccable in every beat, which allowed us to perform rhythmic clapping and chants of notable sound and visual quality, in addition to the lighting of various torches which in the evening always delight us with their romantic charm.
On the opposite side, the hosts approach this match with a few more worries, navigating in difficult waters regarding the situation in the championship. However, the boys from the Curva put all their determination and desire to fight on the field, offering the classic willing and courageous performance, with support that is always beautiful to see and feel, never ceasing to incite and honor the city, with several slaps, choruses on repeat and with a nice scarf in the final bars.
The match on the pitch ends with a draw which basically doesn’t change the rankings much for both. Before returning to the locker rooms, the two teams go to their respective sectors for the ritual greetings. If on the one hand Virtus is invited to fight again in these last days of the championship, the Irpinia players are instead sent away by their supporters dissatisfied with this draw.
