The Vegas Golden Knights have won the first game of the Stanley Cup finals series. The Las Vegas team defeated the Florida Panthers 5-2 (1-1, 1-1, 3-0) at home on Saturday evening (local time).
The second game of the “Best of seven” final series will also take place in Las Vegas on Tuesday night before moving to Sunrise, Florida for two games. The first team to win four games wins the Stanley Cup.
