The sixteen year old from the Cortereggio di San Giorgio hamlet also won in the last test of the Italian championship held in the Macerata area
SAN GIORGIO Canavese
Christian Versaci, 16-year-old quad rider, honors the Italian title he has just won and also wins in the last round of the season.
The sixteen year old quad rider from the Sangiorgese fraction of Cortereggio (Italian IMF champion in the Sport category) also won in the two days of Esanatoglia, in the province of Macerata.
On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September the Hp4offroad team rider did not let his guard down, crossing the finish line in first place both in the first and in the second heat, scoring a total of 354 points and leaving the Alexandrian driver Leonardo at a sidereal distance of 119 points. Fuck. Versaci, at the first IMF national championship immediately showed character and above all a winning mentality, which he will now want to bring with him also in Qx1, as he explains: “I also wanted to honor the commitment as much as possible and I gave my best in both the first and in the second heat. In the race I did not think that I was already mathematically champion – says Versaci – and this strategy led me to first place also in Esanatoglia. On Saturday we did the scrutineering and timed practice in the morning, while in the afternoon we ran the first heat, where I was first from start to finish. Same thing the day after, Sunday, even though I collided with some drivers in the Qx1 category and I was not at 100%, but despite this I still managed to finish first. In the next year I will be in Qx1 and it will be much more difficult to win, but it will be nice to compete with stronger riders ». –
