Rome, 9 December 2021 – Baltimore vince X Factor 2021 and Hell Raton triumphs for the second time. Runner-up is gIANMARIA, Emma’s talent.
The finale of the show of Sky opens with a bang: i Maneskin they return ‘home’ and on the stage of the Mediolanum Forum in Assago they go wild with the song ‘Beggin‘. But that’s just the beginning. Later Damiano & C. still inflames the public with their latest hits, including the hit ‘Shut up and good‘.
The Maneskins, however, are not the only ones superospiti of the evening: there are also the Colplay offering two songs from the new album ‘Music Of The Spheres’ (one of which with video link with Bts).
The conductor, Federico Tersigni, a big fan of the band, asks a Chris Martin to talk about the record but the Coldplay frontman doesn’t want to do any sponsorship: “We don’t want to talk about the new album, thanks for dancing and singing with us, we are very happy to be here”.
As for the competition, we start with the duets. Emma e gIANMARIA propose ‘Our relationship’ by Vasco Rossi, while Baltimore (with the latest Super Bowl style choreography) accompanied by Hell Raton sings ‘Otherside’, the iconic piece of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Manuel Agnelli and his Bengala Fire perform with The Cure’s ‘In Between Days’ and, finally, Fellow sings ‘Underwater’ about his favorite artist and judge, Mika. But it is precisely the Fellow first eliminated of the evening.
The second run is a medley of the songs that the three competitors still in the race have presented during these weeks. The Venetian band Bengala Fire combines the mash-up between The Kinks ” Sunny Afternoon ‘and The Fratellis’ ‘Chelsea Dagger’, XTC’s ‘Making Plans for Nigel’ and Blur’s ‘Girls & Boys’. gIANMARIA sums up his journey with Francesco De Gregori’s ‘Rimmel’, Vasco Rossi’s ‘Jenny is mad’ and CCCP’s ‘Io sto bene’. “I see an artist, I see a future“comments Emma, satisfied with her competitor. The medley of Baltimore is composed of ‘A man who loves you’ by Lucio Battisti, ‘Words of butter’ by Carmen Consoli and ‘Turning Table’ by Adele.
Here comes the second elimination: out the Bengala Fire (third place). The super finalists, therefore, are and gIANMARIA and Baltimore (or Emma vs Hell Raton). The two competitors, at this point, propose theirs original songs. Baltimore starts with ‘Other’ and ‘Baltimore’, and gIANMARIA responds with ‘Suicides’ and ‘Without Saliva’.

After the long ready of thanks from Tersigni (in his first conduction after the veteran Alessandro Cattelan) comes the proclamation: the winner of X Factor 2021 is Baltimore (to the registry office Edoardo Spinsante), talent of Hell Raton who in the 2020 edition had won with Casadilego.
