3D printing software certified for HP Jet Fusion Printer

4D_Additive software approved for all HP Multijet Fusion printers of the latest 52xx series

After extensive testing, the 3D printing software 4D_Additive from the German-French software developer Core Technologie with the integrated HP plugin was approved by the printer manufacturer. Construction jobs are now sent directly from the user interface of the 3D printing software to all HP Multijet Fusion printers in the latest 52xx series.

Automated 3D printing process

Thanks to powerful 3D nesting functions and extensive interfaces, the 4D_Additive tool reads in CAD models of all common formats, automatically places them in the build space and sends them seamlessly to the print server. The HP machines designed for production are safely filled with the software in a highly automated process, as the nesting of the components is carried out with collision control.

The easy-to-use 4D_Additive software, which can be used for all common 3D printing processes, has a comprehensively revised module for creating lattice structures such as lightweight components. A practical additional function of 4D_Additive is the creation of textures on the component surfaces of the CAD models. Analysis functions for determining critical wall thicknesses and optimizing component alignment as well as powerful repair functions serve to optimally design the 3D printing workflow with a single software.
