ASUS Zenbook Duo incorporates two 14″ OLED touchscreens with 3K resolution in a lightweight and sophisticated chassis, which redefines the concept of ultraportable.
Zenbook DUO is the first dual-screen laptop in the world with two 14-inch OLED touchscreens with 3K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. This incredible device has two screens, one detachable keyboard and a stand included, all wrapped up in a compact, user-focused design that rewrites the rules of on-the-go versatility. With certification Intel Evo Editionexpertly combines multitasking and mobility, all enclosed in a device that weighs just 1.35 kg.
ASUS Lumina premium OLED screens are Dolby Vision certified, Pantone Validated and feature a cinema-grade DCI-P3 wide color gamut to ensure vivid, precise color rendition. They are also certified VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 so as to guarantee the deepest black levels.
The touchscreen displays support high-precision stylus input to enable use of the ASUS Pen with 4096 levels of pressure (sold separately) and ScreenXpert software which enables support for gesture multitouch similar to those of smartphones, for an intuitive operation: users can open a virtual keyboard, maximize a window and much more with simple multitouch gestures.
The ASUS Zenbook DUO’s detachable keyboard fits between the two screens, ensuring maximum convenience during transport. This design enhances portability and convenience, allowing users to use or charge the keyboard at any time, without additional setup. Pogo-pin connectors on the edge of the bottom screen ensure hassle-free docking, with self-positioning magnets on the pins and corners of the second screen to further enhance the overall experience.
Zenbook DUO comes with a keyboard Bluetooth Ultra-quiet, full-size ASUS ErgoSense with integrated touchpad that, combined with the 180° screen hinge and convenient built-in stand, allows for multiple ways of use.

• Dual Screen Mode: When used with the wireless keyboard, this mode offers a screen surface area of 19.8 inches, which can be used as a single screen, via the ViewMax function. Alternatively, the two 16:10 displays can be used independently, with easy window management via the App Switcher feature which gives you full control of app windows at your fingertips, reducing interruptions and helping users maintain concentration on what they are doing.
• Desktop Mode: The laptop can be used with the hinge aligned vertically for side-by-side displays. Combined with the wireless keyboard, this makes it perfect for programmers, researchers, writers, and those who need access to large spreadsheets for financial analysis and more. Users can view productivity apps on one screen while the other displays reference materials, documentation, or research sources. Alternatively, using the ViewMax feature, they can view content across the entire width of the screen, resulting in a massive 19.8-inch display.
• Laptop Mode: Users can place the ASUS ErgoSense Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad on the lower screen for a traditional laptop-style experience, complete with a 14-inch display and 16:10 aspect ratio. A pogo-pin connector automatically charges the keyboard. Alternatively, if needed, the bottom screen can be configured as a full-size virtual keyboard, so users don’t have to carry the keyboard with them if space in their bag is limited.
• Sharing mode: Allows easy sharing of content in business meetings and presentations. The 180° hinge allows screens to lie flat so everyone can see the display, promoting greater engagement and facilitating discussions. Additionally, the content on the top screen can be rotated 180° if necessary.
Zenbook DUO is powered by the latest generation of Intel processors, up to the cutting-edge Core Ultra 9 H-series, combined with up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to a 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The redesigned 75Wh high-capacity battery has an extended eco-life that supports up to 20% more charging cycles than the previous generation.

The slim 14.6mm chassis makes no compromises on I/O capabilities either, with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 (TMDS) port and a convenient 3.5″ audio jack. 3.5mm, so users don’t need to carry around a bulky docking station or multiple adapters.
ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) UX8406 will be available from the end of January on the ASUS e-shop at a recommended retail price starting from €2,399.
