Atlas, the most famous robot in the world, was resurrected after one day

Only twenty-four hours after saying “goodbye” to Atlas, the first humanoid robot to go viral on the web, thanks to his strong motor skills which allowed him to even try his hand at parkour, Boston Dynamics – one of the most influential companies in the world in the field of robotics – presented the “new Atlas”. This is an updated version of the old robot. Compared to the previous model, which moved thanks to a hydraulic system, the new Atlas is slimmer and is completely electric. “It was designed for real-world applications,” reads the Boston Dynamics YouTube channel, where the video on this page comes from.
