Electric car manufacturer Fisker: Greentech car pioneer on the decline

Demand and interest in electric cars have noticeably decreased recently. This is now clearly evident in the so-called Tesla imitators, who originally appeared with a fresh and trendy image – but are now struggling with considerable difficulties.

A current example of this is the company Fisker, which is also active in the Greentech Auto sector.

The value of Fisker stock has fallen to levels that can only be described as a penny stock, down 46% today to just $40 cents on the New York Stock Exchange.

Over the last twelve months, the stock has suffered a loss of 94%, as shown in the TradingView chart.

In comparison, Tesla saw a decline of 1.3% and BYD a decline of 13.2% over the same period. Recent statements from Fisker raise serious concerns about whether the company is even viable in the highly competitive greentech market.

Fisker will now be forced to raise additional capital within the next twelve months, but cannot guarantee the success of these efforts.

Henrik Fisker, the company’s founder, is optimistic that the situation can improve within six months.
