Text and writing in the age of the Internet
Dieter E. Zimmer published a book about “The Library of the Future” 24 years ago, subtitled “Text and Writing in the Age of the Internet”. I would like to know more about the library of the future, which has perhaps now become the library of the present.
I cannot borrow e-books from the Berlin Library Association.

The Open Library does not have a scan of the book.

The Shadow Libraries don’t have it.

As a paper book I could borrow it, even near me:

Maybe there are nice predictions for the future, like soon you won’t have to go into a building to pick up a paper book. The last time I borrowed a paper book from a library was when “The Library of the Future” hadn’t even been published yet, but maybe one day I’ll get around to it and then I’ll be able to report more here about text and writing in the age of the Internet .
