Improvement of sustainability. 43% said rugged devices with advanced sensors and connectivity capabilities help collect operational data. This allows you to make more informed decisions about energy consumption and waste reduction initiatives.
Process automation. 37% of companies said rugged devices help automate some processes, reducing the need for manual labor.

The selection criteria

The report also highlighted the criteria for choosing rugged solution providers by customers. These include the ability to customize the solution, effectiveness in terms of cost of the services provided and the range of devices and solutions offered.
