Funselektor Labs, the developer behind the popular game Art of Rally, has announced their newest project, Golden Lap. This upcoming game will take players into the world of formula racing as a team leader during the golden age of open-wheel racing.
Unlike Art of Rally, which focuses on simulation racing, Golden Lap will have players overseeing a formula racing team in the 70s to 90s era. Similar to F1 Manager, players will need to make crucial decisions that can impact driver morale and race results.
Players will need to manage their team by telling drivers when to pit, making key decisions, adjusting the chassis, and more. While there may not be as many stats and extra telemetry compared to other simulation games, there is still plenty of data to analyze and use to your advantage.
