New Turn-Based Strategy RPG “Magical Heroes Capes” to Launch in May 2024
A new turn-based strategy RPG, “Magical Heroes Capes,” is set to launch in May 2024 on various platforms including PC Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and more. Developed by Australian studios Spitfire Interactive and Daedalic Entertainment, the game will also support Traditional Chinese and other languages on Steam and other versions.
Formerly known as “Heroes of Justice,” “Magical Heroes Capes” takes place in a dystopian city that has been overrun by villains for two decades. Players will assume the roles of superheroes tasked with restoring order and battling crime to bring peace back to the city.
Players have the ability to recruit a diverse array of heroes with unique skills to form their team. They can then utilize these abilities to take on a variety of battles and patrol missions, with up to four heroes permitted in each mission. Players can choose to focus on progressing the main campaign or spend time unlocking branch lines to acquire additional heroes and skill points to further enhance their team before tackling the main storyline.
Additionally, players can unlock hero-specific challenges through missions, providing a more in-depth understanding of each hero’s backstory and capabilities. This allows players to develop a deeper connection with their heroes and strengthen their strategic skills in the game.
