Radiator fans have been trendy since the massive increase in heating costs in Germany. This means that the warm air generated can be distributed much more quickly throughout the room. However, there are restrictions because such a device cannot simply be used in every rental apartment. In the worst case scenario, you could face a warning and termination if you are caught.

I tested a SpeedComfort radiator fan last winter and found it really useful. My rooms warmed up noticeably quicker and I used a little less gas. In my condominium with its own gas boiler, using it is no problem. However, this can be the case in rental apartments, as SpeedComfort currently reports. Violating this requirement can result in a warning and termination of the rental agreement by the landlord. You should therefore definitely pay attention to the note. Don’t take any risks
To avoid getting into problems with the landlord, you should stick to it, even though a radiator fan is a really practical device. I used it all winter and am happy about the significantly improved air quality in my old building. This means the humidity is significantly lower, I get warm quicker and I can also save some money.
