Xiaomi Launches Redmi A3 in India with “Halo-Design” Lens Module and MediaTek Helio G36 Processor
Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi A3 mobile phone in the Indian market. The new smartphone comes with a rear circular lens module designed as “Halo-Design” and is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G36 processor. The starting price for the Redmi A3 is set at 7299 Indian rupees (approximately HK$800/NT$3140).
In terms of appearance, the Redmi A3 features a water-drop shaped screen design on the front, with a wider frame. The rear circular lens module consists of two lenses and a flash placed horizontally inside.
When it comes to the device’s configuration, the Redmi A3 comes with a 6.71-inch screen with a resolution of 1,600×720, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a brightness of 400nit. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G36 processor and is available in 3/4/6 GB RAM + 64/128 GB ROM variants. The phone also offers a 5-megapixel single lens on the front and an 8-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual lens on the rear for photography enthusiasts. Additionally, the Redmi A3 comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 10W wired charging for extended usage.
