The Saudi Arabian Pro League match between Al Shabab vs Al Nassr ended with a score of 2-3 for the visitors. Cristiano Ronaldo and his colleagues achieved this victory dramatically.
Al Nassr played an away match against Al Shabab in the 21st week of the Saudi Arabian Pro League, Monday (26/2/2024) early morning WIB. The two teams competed at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.
This is the third meeting for Al Nassr and Al Shabab in the 2023/24 season. In the three previous meetings, Al Nassr was superior by winning two wins and one draw.

The first meeting took place at the Arab Club Championship Cup. Being in Group C, the two teams drew 0-0. Then the second meeting took place at the Saudi Arabian Pro League, where Al Nassr as the hosts won a landslide victory with a score of 4-0.
The third or final meeting occurred at the King’s Cup, where Al Nassr at that time also managed to win a landslide victory over Al Shabab with a score of 5-2. Now, Al Shabab as the host has the ambition to take revenge.
The course of the Al Shabab vs Al Nassr match
If you look at the match statistics, Al Shabab is superior in everything to Al Nassr. The hosts were in control of the game with 54% possession of the ball, and were superior in terms of number of shots, namely 11 times.
Even so, Al Nassr, who lost in terms of statistics, was able to gain the lead first through a penalty kick scored by Cristiano Ronaldo in the 21st minute, before Al Shabab equalized through Yannick Carrasco’s penalty in the 45+8 minute.

In the second half, Al Nassr regained the lead through a goal scored by Anderson Talisca. However, Al Shabab equalized again through a goal scored by Carlos Carvalho in the 67th minute.
Luckily, Al Nassr had the figure of Talisca who scored another goal against Al Shabab in the 86th minute, thereby dramatically sealing the victory for his team 3-2.
