LONDON – One of the largest mining companies in the world has lost one tiny radioactive capsule in Western Australia and is now frantically searching for it with government authorities before the object causes any damage. “We realize this is a very worrying situation and we regret the alarm it has caused,” says a spokesman for the mining giant Rio Tinto.
