The Valle regional manager of UNIVida, Carlos Herbas, reported that, in Cochabamba, almost 75% of the vehicle fleet has already acquired the Mandatory Insurance Against Traffic Accidents (SOAT) 2024.

Herbas reminded the population that there are several options to acquire insurance. You can make the purchase at the different physical points located in the city, as well as purchase online through the website www.univida.bo. In addition, the telephone line 77775677 has been enabled.

SOAT provides coverage to victims of traffic accidents. It covers medical expenses up to 24,000 bolivianos and, in cases of compensation or death, 22,000 bolivianos.

Aware of the importance of road safety, UNIVida and the Police started the “Always Safe at Carnival” campaign. Prevention and control actions are being carried out to protect the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
