Television: “Pékin Express”: the Valaisans are back in the race
Eliminated last week, Flavie and Jérémy were able to rejoin the M6 show on Thursday.

Two episodes and then gone. That’s what we were thinking last week. Flavie and Jérémy, the Swiss pair from the new season of “Pékin Express”, had in fact been eliminated from the M6 game by losing the final duel, which consisted of eating crackers, suspended in the air, without using their hands. “We had the courage to get to the final in Vietnam. We really wanted to continue,” the Valais residents told us, disappointedly.
Surprise, Thursday February 22, Flavie and Jérémy are back in the race, following the abandonment — the second — of Manu and Mahdy! The latter had been complaining for a few days of pain in one foot and he learned that he had to “undergo a surgical operation in France without delay”, explains the presenter of “Pékin Express”, Stéphane Rotenberg. Before announcing: “As required by the regulations, they will therefore be replaced by the last pair eliminated. You know them well, so they’re back. Here are Flavie and Jérémy!”
Another final duel!
Facing the camera, they confide: “It’s a bit of a special comeback. We are both super happy to come back, but a little uncomfortable all the same.” However, they promised: “We will give everything to show that we have our place.”
Stage 3 starts from Jember, on the Indonesian island of Java, and ends at the foot of the Bromo volcano. And who are the first to join Stéphane Rotenberg? Flavie and Jérémy. Unfortunately, they inherit the black flag — they’re scary, that’s for sure. The Swiss friends are therefore sent to a final duel. Once again.
Choosing to face, like last week, the pair of strangers, Louison and Ryad, they narrowly escape. The envelope being ultimately not eliminatory, their opponents also remain in the show.
