(LaPresse) American President Joe Biden’s new shoes, nicknamed Air Joe, have attracted the attention of many. These are a pair of Hoka Transport, black, with a wide fit and cost between 150 and 200 dollars (138-184 euros). According to the company that produces them, they are “designed for maximum comfort and support while walking or hiking”. This type of shoe would therefore guarantee greater stability to the leader of the United States who has been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy which affects his feet and who in the past has shown serious balance problems, ending up several times down the steps of Air Force One. The deputy press secretary of the White House, Andrew Bates, explained that Biden uses the Hoka only to keep fit: “I know that all of you are not used to presidents who exercise, but don’t worry: you will get used to it “, he commented speaking to journalists.
