Car, Sports | – It was expensive, but it will be damned raw

Snowboard star Marcus Kleveland from Dombås turned 25 on Thursday. He used the occasion to buy himself a small, yellow present.

Perhaps a slightly more expensive gift than most of us buy for ourselves for our birthdays.

The Dombås boy with gold from the World Cup in slopestyle in Aspen in 2021, just as well clicked on and bought himself a brand new car.

And not just any car.

– It was expensive

The particularly car-interested snowboarder from the north valley has now replaced the Audi A6 with a brand new Lamborghini Huracan.

– It was expensive, but I think it makes up for how good and fat the car is. It’s going to be damn rough to drive this here now, says Kleveland in an interview with Broom journalist Mats Brustad, which has been published on TikTok.

Kleveland says it feels completely wild, and that he was sold as soon as he got into the car and felt 610 horsepower as he pulled away in the Italian supercar.

And the price tag?

2.5 million Norwegian kroner.

Problems with concussions

The Dombås driver sat out this winter’s X Games due to long-term concussion problems.

– It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I will miss the X-Games this year. I’ve been fighting a concussion for the past six months, and it didn’t help when I got it again here in Laax, Kleveland wrote on Instagram after the World Cup in the Alps in January.

Kleveland has a total of eight golds in the X-games.
