“We discussed the issue of children. The Russian counterpart has confirmed to us that there are Ukrainian children on its territory who want to return to their families. With joint work of both human rights leaders (the Russian one and me), we will be able to bring them back home. However, I was not given the identities! Therefore I appeal to all parents, I will compile a list and provide it to the Russian side.
