The contract negotiations between second division leaders FC St. Pauli and coach Fabian Hürzeler are dragging on. The successful coach has apparently aroused the interest of other clubs. Hürzeler is annoyed and wants to calm things down with a confession.
After the Kiezkicker’s 3-2 win against Greuther Fürth on Saturday, coach Hürzeler committed himself to the brown-white team. “I’ll say it again now: I’ve clearly told those responsible at the club that I want to stay here at St. Pauli,” said the 30-year-old after the success in the top game. When asked whether this commitment applies to the Bundesliga and the 2nd league, he answered in the affirmative.

Hürzeler’s side wants an exit clause
