On eBay the original Soviet poster of the Red Telephone, dated the 1980s, costs 42 pounds, 53 euros, and is, as often the avant-garde of Russian design, elegant: two red telephone handsets, joined by a cable which, by intertwining, draws the tender shape of a dove, traced by the famous one of Peace, drawn by the master Pablo Picasso in lithography, in 1949.
