Cosplay School and More returns, a day of free workshops on the world of cosplay and beyond.
After the success in Monfalcone, this second edition will be in Gorizia in the Dora bassi room at the young people’s point with free entry as part of “Contea”. Organized by the Bazinga events association, it will be hosted by Louis Guglielmero, known in the cosplay scene as a lookalike of Johnny Depp and Loredana Barile president of the association, all workshops are free, booking is recommended.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation and new members who wish to register will be given an association t-shirt.
The program begins at 10.00 am with the “VISUAL RECORDING” Workshop with the illustrator Gio Di Qual. An interesting journey into the world of visual recording and Graphic Facilitation, which are simultaneous translations of a speech into illustrated concept maps. To be able to take notes with simple illustrations to facilitate learning and memorization.
11.00 am – “PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY” workshop with photographer Diego Turel Let’s get into photography to understand how to create a perfect photographic portrait.
12.00 pm – Workshop “WHEN CINEMA MEETS THE WORLD OF COSPLAY” with director Diego Imakarum Caponetto Let’s understand together how cosplay enters the world of cinema
2.00 pm – Talk by 12 Bit – Retrogaming Cultural Association “THE HISTORY OF PORTABLE CONSOLES” This edition will also have the 12 bit association to give us information on retrogaming.
3.00 pm – Workshop “NOT SOLO FOAM” with Carlo Visintini aka Ormadigatto, multi-award winner and new winner of Torino Comics. A pleasant lesson on materials and how to use them to create beautiful armor and accessories. 4.00 pm – INTERVIEW / DEBATE conducted by Louis Guglielmero Jack Sparrow Impersonator, guests Diego Caponetto and Ormadigatto Don’t miss this interview that our Louis Guglielmero will conduct with his usual professionalism accompanied by a pinch of irony.
5.00 pm – Workshop “RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHOTOGRAPHY AND COSPLAYER” with debate by Federico Monfalcon. Guests will include the photographer Roberto Donadello PH, Diego Turel and the cosplayers Helena Bia, Vanessa Ichigo Pitzalis. It is often talked about, Federico will hold a workshop accompanied by a debate to understand the behaviors and limits between Cosplayers and photographers both at events and on photo sets.
6.00 pm – Workshop “VIOLENCE AND CONSENT” with Helena Bia of the Fiocco di Neve association.
