The death of Jesús Nolberto Cárdenas Velázquez (real name of the artist) was confirmed by ‘Street Mob Records’, the record label of Jesús Ortiz Paz (vocalist of Fuerza Regida) with whom he had just signed his first contract.
As soon as the news broke, social networks were flooded with messages of affection in memory of Chuy Montana and condolences for his loved ones, because although he had just begun his artistic career, he already had a large number of fans. It was they who found a supposedly unpublished song by the performer, whose message sparked controversy.

I know that right now you feel sad
My body was lying there
In a soaked red puddle
I got carried away by crazy life
Fair, women and LV bags
Memories remain in the clubs
With my friends there celebrating
And no, don’t tell me that this is life
It is to live better
If this is how they end I prefer not to
And I’m a good boy who changed his world
One for drugs and alcohol
“Weapons and also fire.”

So far it is unknown what the entire song says, where it came from or who leaked it. It is speculated that Chuy Montana did not record it with ‘Street Mob Records’.
