After 104 minutes against Fredrikstad on 7 April and 81 minutes against HamKam on Wednesday, the score finally came for the Bergens on their own turf.

Home favorite Aune Heggebø (22) was the match winner and ensured the first home win of the season.

But it took time. Fire had many corners and didn’t get the biggest chances. A home team that has many players out with injury.

Fire captain Sivert Heltne Nilsen admits to TV 2 that it is “a bit frustrating”.

– I have to be careful. . . you have to remember that it’s a brand new eleven once again. It’s a little off and the relationships don’t sit well. It doesn’t quite flow. We have to work and train and talk about how to solve the new relationships as best we can. Then it will get better and better over time.

Because there was an increasingly impatient home crowd who saw lethargic ball losses and weak performances in attack.

– We see that time and time again. That those who come from other clubs spend some time getting it (the Brann culture) into their spine and that offensiveness into their heads. We know that we spend some time on that, and that is natural, says Heltne Nilsen to TV 2.

After just over eight minutes on the field as a substitute, Aune Heggebø scored his second elite series score of the season.

Bård Finne – in a match with three Kamma players – provided the assist.

– It is fantastic! It is of course Hulken Heggebø, said Knut Høibråten below Ball kick– the broadcast on Bergens Tidende (BT).

– This is what we talked about. Rumor has it that he is deadly in training, and here he shows it. It is no coincidence that it is Heggebø who puts it in the goal, said BT expert Fredrik Haugen.

– Delicious. An extreme feeling, says the Brann favorite to TV 2.

– We paint them well. It has been the story so many times at “Stadion”, and in the end they let up.

He doesn’t have time to finish the answer to the licensee before teammate Japhet Sery Larsen sends him to the Brann supporters, who had been singing the Aune Heggebø song since the 81st minute.

Because that’s when it finally worked out for Brann after a lot of waste.

Ahead of the 1–0 scoring, Brann had won corner after corner, and squandered their pitch dominance.

But it was to come loose – to wild cheers for the impatient Bergens in the stands.

Brann has seven points after four games, while HamKam is still waiting for its first league win of the season.

They stand with one point after four games and only have Tromsø below them in the table.
