In times of war there are deals where price doesn’t seem to matter: buyers are only interested in the speed of delivery. Today it is happening for the most sought after system on the military market: surface-to-air missiles. The images that arrived yesterday from the city of Chernyhiv, on the outskirts of Kiev, make us understand what it means to be without them: there were no anti-aircraft batteries to stop the Russian bombs, which caused another massacre.
