The police intervened in the place de la Concorde, in Paris, where thousands of demonstrators had flocked to protest against the pension reform that the government pushed through by avoiding the vote of Parliament and posing the question of trust. The police forces carried out a series of charges to push the demonstrators to clear the square, also using water cannons and tear gas according to some of those present.
