HOW TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT COSTS OR PENALTIES

If any have been added to the line installment payments for the purchase of equipment or services (such as telephones, modems, TVs or contributions for the activation of the service), the customer can choose whether to continue paying the remaining installments until the contractual deadline or pay the remaining amount in a single solution , specifying this last request in the notice of withdrawal or even at a later time via 187.
If it was purchased a modem in installments at the same time as the remodulated offer is activated and the payment of the installments is still in progress, the customer can decide to return the device to TIM within 30 days of exercising the right of withdrawal without paying the remaining installments. If the customer has devices provided for rent or on loan for use, will have to return them to TIM in accordance with the economic and contractual conditions signed at the time of accepting the offer.
