RAFAH — In front of the Kuwaiti hospital in the center of Rafah there is a long line of women: they hold these sick, wounded, painful but silent little bodies in their arms, waiting for there to be a place, even a corner of the floor, where they can take care of their children. Inside, the doctors work tirelessly, but the rooms are overflowing. Going inside and seeing how many little ones are in there, how much they are suffering, made me feel sick to my stomach.
