I have shown you many good works. Which one do you want to stone me for? – Jesus asked the Jews. We do not want – they replied – to stone you because of your good works, but because, being a man, you make yourself God!
How to live this Gospel today?
The Jews were before God and did not accept that he was God: the creator of everything that exists could not be so accessible! They didn’t believe it was so simple; that he would take care of the pains, wounds and illnesses of the poor. Is today? There are those who would like to have some evidence that God does not exist; There are those who do not admit that God can be interested in the world‘s ills and, above all, there are those who do not accept that God loves them.
