@abbracciorestaurante at @iguatemicampinas will offer on Thursday, May 2nd, at 7:30 pm, an exclusive harmonized menu experience. Named “Hug Experience”, the night promises to take participants on a unique culinary journey, in which each dish is carefully paired with a selected wine, providing a perfect combination of flavors and aromas.

The gastronomic journey will be guided by the restaurant’s co-owner, Fernanda Neves, starting with a reception at the bar. Customers will then be taken to their tables, where a careful selection of starters will await them: Bruschetta Caprese and Polpettone Mini-Burger, perfectly paired with two wines, Abbraccio Primitivo and Paisajes de Los Andes Carmenere.

Afterwards, it will be time to taste the main dish, Gnocchi Marsala, a classic of Italian cuisine with an Abbraccio touch. To harmonize, two wine options, Les Bourgarels Pinot Noir and San Floriano Sangiovese.
To end the culinary journey with a flourish, participants will taste the Quadrato di Cioccolatto, which combines the smoothness of chocolate with the delicacy of selected ingredients, accompanied by an espresso.
