Horror in India, the Ganges returns dozens of corpses. “They are victims of Covid”

CHENNAI – On the banks of the River Ganges in the locality of Buxar, between the state of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, almost one hundred already swollen corpses and some half-burned were beached. According to the inhabitants of the area, these are victims of Covid-19 thrown into the sacred river because the crematoria are full and also because some relatives cannot afford the wood to cremate them completely.
