The Agency for Economic Registers has published a breakdown of debts as of December 31, 2022.
According to data from the website of the Agency for Economic Registers (APR), the total accumulated loss of FC Red Star until the end of 2022 is EUR 75,909,232, and FC Partizan EUR 35,937,875.
When it comes to Crvena Zvezda, according to APR data before taxation, its debt for 2022 in euros amounts to 10,001,099 euros. If you add up the previous two years, the loss of the red and whites is 15.7 million euros.
As for Partizan, the total loss of the black and white team in 2022 is 1.3 million euros, which is lower than in 2021.
FC Crvena Zvezda announced on March 22 that it had settled all tax debt.
“In this season, we paid 13 million euros or 1.5 billion dinars,” said the general manager of the red and white team, Zvezdan Terzić.
“At the end of December 2022, we paid five million euros in tax obligations, and today another eight million euros. So, a total of 13 million euros or 1.5 billion dinars were paid into the budget of the Republic of Serbia this season. We paid all these obligations from our of regular income that we achieved through UEFA bonuses due to success in European competitions,” explained Terzić at the time.
