Code Jondo, made up of a producer from Palencia, a singer from Zaragoza and a Canadian guitarist, always surprises with their style, and they have done it again on this occasion. The band has published the song “Omaíta de (Cegiriya)”, which breaks the bases of flamenco and reinvents them in its own register.
On this occasion they manage to sequence the seguiriya, a flamenco song, in their theme, facing a dark look while merging it with a universe of more downtempo organic electronics. Jondo Code, formed by John the Joan, Castora Herz y Dennis Duffinpay their most personal tribute in this song that opens the way to what will be their debut in capital letters.
This release comes after the single “Pétalos de Ceniza”, the first advance with which they previewed this sound universe that will be created around the trio’s project, which reinvents the codes with a new style. At the moment there is no date, however, for the album.
