The long-awaited moment has arrived! This Tuesday (16) the play-in of the NBA, a kind of “last call” to decide who will qualify for the playoffs. And there’s already a game between Sacramento Kings x Golden State Warriorsstraight from the Golden 1 Center, in California.
The duel takes place at 11pm (Brasília time) and will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime e NBA League Pass.

Whoever advances faces the loser of the duel between New Orleans Pelicans e Los Angeles Lakers, which also takes place this Tuesday. The loser will be left out of the playoffs once and for all.
How does play-in work?
There will be six games, three in the East and another three in the West, involving eight teams. Those who finished in the top six of each conference are guaranteed the playoffs. Who finished between 7º e 10º, competing for the play-in. The rest, eliminated, guarantee their place in the following year’s draft lottery.
It works like this:
Game 1: O 7º placed receives the 8º; Whoever wins advances to the playoffs as the number seed 7 of the conference.
Game 2: O 9º placed receives the 10º; Whoever wins advances to the Game 3. Whoever loses is out.
Game 3: The loser of Game 1 receives the winner of Game 2; Whoever wins advances to the playoffs as the number seed 8 of the conference.
