LEOPOL – For the referendum in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, as in the other three areas under scrutiny, there are no UN observers or internationally recognized authorities. According to the Central Electoral Committee installed in the capital, the “observers” would in any case be 946, 816 of which internal or coming from the Russian Federation plus 130 foreigners, these coming from Romania, Venezuela, Togo and South Africa.
