On Thursday 18 April at 6.30 pm at Lucia Crespi’s Studio in Milan, in the Ticinese area a few minutes from the Auditorium in Largo Mahler, Gian Carlo Calza, teacher of history of East Asian art at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, as well as having given life to books such as “The art of the Japanese poster” or the translation of Okakura Kakuzo’s work “The Book of Tea”
It will be the sixth appointment of the project “Lightning. Cultural duets”cultural encounters with different authors, a lounge where you can give life to dialogues and a meeting point to address different themes with characters who have a lot to say.
As with the previous ones, the meeting will have free admission with reservations required (to this email [email protected]) given the limited number of places (about forty).
The art historian will talk to Calza, one of the leading Italian experts on Japanese civilization who will present this reality Martina Fugahis assistant in some exhibitions on Japan.
