The owner’s full name is Lee Jeno. He was born on April 23 2000 in Incheon, South Korea. He is a former model and child artist who starred in many CFs or advertisements in South Korea.
His mother once rejected the offer without thinking twice, but the offer came again and the mother accepted because Jeno wanted to become an idol.
Jeno is allergic to cats, but he has three cats named Bongshik, Seol, and Nal. Jeno has expertise in playing the violin and guitar, it is not uncommon for him to be a guitar accompanist for NCT members when singing.
Jeno was introduced as one of the first members of SM Entertainment‘s pre-debut team, SM Rookies, on December 3, 2013. The following year, he made his first appearance as a member of SM Rookies alongside other NCT members, namely Mark, Jaemin, Haechan, and Jisung, in television reality show “Exo 90:2014”.
In 2015, he appeared as a mouseketeer along with other SM Rookies members on the Disney Channel Korea show “The Mickey Mouse Club” which aired from July 23 to December 17, 2015.
On August 24 2016, Jeno made his debut with NCT Dream, NCT’s third sub-unit with the positions of main dancer, main rapper and sub vocalist. Together with other NCT Dream members, he participated in NCT’s first album, “NCT 2018 Empathy” with the single “Go”.
On May 22, 2018, he was chosen as the new MC on the program “The Show” on SBS MTV. Apart from contributing vocals to NCT Dream’s songs, Jeno also started writing the lyrics to the song “Dear Dream” for NCT Dream’s second EP “We Go Up”, along with other colleagues. Since then, he started writing songs on NCT Dream’s next album.
On March 13, 2019, Jeno along with Jaemin and Jisung represented K-Pop stars at the “K-Wave & Halal Show” in Malaysia. The event was a friendship between South Korea and Malaysia which was attended by President Moon Jae-in, as part of a three-day state visit to the country.
In May of the same year, Jeno and Jaemin volunteered to visit children living in slum areas in Indonesia, in collaboration with the non-governmental organizations Good Neighbors International and the Gugah Nurani Indonesia Foundation.
In 2021, Jeno appeared on Donghae’s song “California Love”, and in August 2022, he also appeared on Key’s song “Villain”.
The peak of his career skyrocketed after he succeeded in becoming the first K-Pop Idol to become the opening model for New York Fashion Week, on September 13 2022. He showed his natural talent as a model by walking for the Peter Do spring 2023 collection show as part of a partnership with SM Entertainment.
In December of the same year, he appeared on “Hot & Cold” from “2022 Winter SM Town: SMCU Palace” with his labelmates, namely Kai, Seulgi, and Karina. In 2023, Jeno was named Ferragamo’s first global men’s brand ambassador.
