This statement of the US State Department not only involves CCP officials who violate human rights in the mainland, but also specifically mentions the participants in the suppression and persecution of human rights “in the United States“. Obviously, this statement is related to the US Department of Justice’s prosecution of CCP agents five days ago. The actions are consistent. On the one hand, the U.S. Department of Justice began to clean up the CCP’s agents in the United States and various CCP spies; on the other hand, the U.S. State Department began to impose sanctions on the CCP spies and the CCP thugs behind the scenes.
In the CCP’s persecution of people with spiritual beliefs in the United States, a large part of the victims are Falun Gong practitioners in the United States.
1. The CCP instigated spies and thugs to attack Falun Gong practitioners in the United States
Over the years, the CCP has instigated spies and gangsters to attack Falun Gong practitioners all over the United States, creating a large number of violent incidents. The following are just a few typical cases.
• 2006 Atlanta Violence
At noon on February 8, 2006, Dr. Li Yuan, the technical director of the Epoch Times and a Falun Gong practitioner, was violently attacked, bound and beaten by three or four Asian-looking CCP agents armed with guns at his home in Atlanta, USA. After the incident, Li Yuan was taken to the hospital by ambulance with 15 stitches on his face.
Dr. Li Yuan graduated from Princeton University, a well-known university in the United States, and began to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. In the late 1990s, the CCP began to spend huge sums of money to build the “Great Firewall” to prevent mainland people from seeing real information overseas. In order to help the compatriots inside the wall, Dr. Li Yuan and his team developed a software to circumvent the wall, allowing more and more people to see the truth from the free world.
It is precisely because of this that Dr. Li Yuan has become a thorn in the side of the CCP and a thorn in the flesh. When the CCP spy attacked Dr. Li Yuan, the thugs turned upstairs and downstairs for about half an hour. They did not take any valuables, but took away Dr. Li Yuan’s two laptops. On February 15, 2006, U.S. Congressman Dana Rohrabacher introduced Dr. Li Yuan’s experience at a congressional hearing. The audience applauded enthusiastically. Rohrabacher praised Li Yuan as “America’s Hero of Freedom”.
• 2008 Flushing, New York violence
On May 17, the fifth day after the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, Falun Gong practitioners held a rally in front of the Main Street Library in Flushing, exposing the CCP’s so-called “stability maintenance” for the Olympic Games, concealing earthquake warnings, and adding tofu slag projects. , causing many innocent people to die in man-made disasters. Falun Gong practitioners support the Chinese at home and abroad to quit the CCP’s party, group, and team.
Unexpectedly, many uninvited guests came to the rally on the 17th. They held red flags, shouted unified slogans, and loudly abused Falun Gong practitioners. Some even violently rammed and beat Falun Gong practitioners.
At the same time, pro-CCP media in New York and the mouthpiece of the CCP also came to the scene to send “messages”, confounding black and white, slandering Falun Gong practitioners as “schadenfreude”, and distorted the words “God destroys the CCP, God bless China” played by the volunteers who quit the party as “God destroys China”. This incites Chinese hatred of Falun Gong practitioners.
WOIPFG immediately launched an investigation into the violent incident, and found that it was a conspiracy carefully deployed by the CCP to attack the center for quitting the CCP and incite public hatred of Falun Gong.
Investigators from WOIPFG called Peng Keyu, the consul general of the Chinese Communist Party in New York, on May 22. Peng Keyu personally admitted on the phone that the Chinese consulate was the organizer and instigator behind the Flushing Incident. Attack on Falun Gong.

• 2011-2013 Serial Violent Attacks in San Francisco
On June 10, 2012, at the corner of Grant Street and Washington Street in San Francisco’s Chinatown, more than a dozen CCP thugs besieged several Falun Gong practitioners. An elderly man named Yongyao Wu provoked and punched a Falun Gong practitioner, Derek Wang, in the face. When he was about to escape after beating him, Jingjun Chin, who wanted to help him escape, also took action, causing another female Falun Gong practitioner, Wang Dafang, to bruise his arm.
In fact, Falun Gong practitioners in San Francisco disclosed that in the 8 months before June 10, there were at least 8 violent attacks against Falun Gong practitioners in San Francisco. The violent attack incident on June 10 was the first incident with live video as evidence. After the police collected the evidence, they filed a case and arrested Yongyao Wu on the spot, charging him with minor assault.
Less than a week later, on June 16, the vicious incident of CCP thugs attacking Falun Gong practitioners occurred again in San Francisco. Two female Falun Gong practitioners who exposed the “June 10 attack” were injured by Qin Jingjun’s wooden display board.

• In 2022, the CCP 610 instigated thugs to attack New York’s exit point
On the afternoon of February 10, 2022, a CCP thug wearing black short sleeves with tattoos on his arms and chest came to the gate of the Gold Mall on Main Street in Flushing, facing the Falun Gong “truth point” and “exiting the party service point”. The truth display board smashed with fists and violently destroyed the truth point. The entire violent crime incident was filmed by volunteers who quit the Party at the scene.
The thugs not only destroyed the truth point, but also insulted Mr. Guo Jinfu, a Falun Gong practitioner who came to dissuade him, and punched Mr. Guo in the stomach.
At noon on February 15, police from the 109th Division of the New York City Police arrested the suspect who violently attacked the Falun Gong truth site at the junction of Main Street and Kesina Avenue in Flushing. The mob was named Buqiu Zheng (transliteration).
Zheng Buqiu was charged with two Class E felonies: “Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree” and “Hate Crime” in Queens Criminal Court on February 16.
2. The Chinese embassy and consulates instigated secret agents to interfere with Shen Yun performances
Shen Yun Performing Arts was founded in New York in 2006 with the mission of reviving traditional Chinese culture. For 16 years, Shen Yun has recreated the 5,000-year-old splendid civilization of China with pure and beautiful performances in the world‘s top theaters, winning high praise from all walks of life. And the CCP, which regards “traditional Chinese culture” as a thorn in its side, naturally hates Shen Yun Performing Arts to the core.
Since 2006, the CCP has used a variety of rogue tactics to continuously interfere and obstruct Shen Yun’s performances around the world. The following are just a few typical cases in the United States.
• Chinese embassies and consulates put pressure on theaters to block performances
In May 2009, the Chinese Consulate General of the Communist Party of China in Houston, USA sent a long letter to Robinson Music Hall in Little Rock, asking the theater to reject Shen Yun’s application. On January 30, 2015, officials from the Chinese consulate in Chicago personally went to the Peabody Opera House in St. Louis and demanded that the theater cancel the venue lease with Shen Yun, and threatened that it would affect Sino-US relations.
However, the relevant person in charge of the Peabody Theatre flatly rejected the request of the CCP officials, and the Shen Yun performance was held as scheduled in February.
• The CCP hires men to destroy Shen Yun Performing Arts vehicles
In 2009, during a performance in Phoenix, the United States, a Shen Yun bus had a flat tire while driving. After inspection by the repair shop master, it was found that the cause of the tire blowout was because a rear tire of the bus had a hole drilled by a special drill.
On January 9, 2013, near the Shen Yun Performing Arts Theater in Atlanta, the United States, CCP agents hired a murderer to attempt to destroy the Shen Yun Performing Arts troupe’s car and cause an accident. The purpose was to destroy the fuel tank of the Shen Yun vehicle, in an attempt to cause a fuel leak to cause a fire and explosion accident.
In the early morning of February 20, 2013, the CCP once again hired criminals to destroy the fuel tanks of Shen Yun Transportation buses in Fort Worth (Fuhe), Texas. After the incident was revealed, the perpetrator did not hesitate to run for his life. The police chased the perpetrator with a gun. The perpetrator abandoned the car and fled, and the criminal evidence was seized by the police.
• CCP attacks Shen Yun website and ticketing system
At around 3 am on December 23, 2011, the ticketing system of the Shen Yun Gala in Houston, USA, was attacked and could not function normally. The show organizer revealed to the media that after hours of investigation, it was found that the attack came from the Chinese Communist Party.
On January 5 and 7, 2015, the official website of Shen Yun suffered a massive cyber attack. The data shows that the attack originated in mainland China and attempted to paralyze the Shen Yun website through a distributed blocking attack. The attack has been reported to the FBI for further investigation.
• The CCP sent spies to cause trouble inside and outside the Shen Yun Theater
From January 10th to 20th and from March 6th to 17th, 2019, during Shen Yun’s performance at the David Kirk Theater in Lincoln Center, Li Huahong, a special agent of the CCP 610, harassed Shen Yun’s performance outside the theater. They held up signs slandering Shen Yun and Falun Dafa in front of the theater, and covered their faces with signs and masks, daring not to show their true colors.
Police officers from the New York Police Department specially came to the scene and stood on the steps of the theater square, not allowing these CCP agents holding signs to approach the theater.
From December 20 to 22, 2019, Shen Yun International Art Troupe kicked off the 2020 new season at the Purchas College Performing Arts Center in Purchas, New York. The box office for the three-day and four-show performances was all sold out. However, for three consecutive days, more than 20 pro-communist elements including Li Huahong, a CCP 610 spy, took a bus from Flushing, New York, to the door of the Pachas Theater, holding up placards in the name of a so-called Chinese organization to slander Shen Yun’s performance.
Some audience members saw the protesting crowd at the entrance of the theater and shouted to the group very angrily: “Go back to communist China!” Rudy, a former executive of an American media, watched the Shen Yun performance in Paches on December 21. “The group of protesters at the door, you can tell it’s organized,” he said. “I think they look fake, which means they’re not protesting from the heart, they seem to be taking money. 3. CCP spies and CCP officials behind them should not take chances
Judging from the prosecution of five CCP spies by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. government has long been eyeing these CCP spies, and some spies have even been tracked by the DOJ for many years. And those senior CCP officials who hid huge assets and their families in the United States, who can be banned from entering the country now, may have their assets frozen and face more substantive sanctions in the future, which is undoubtedly bad news for them.
