Requirements for registering for 2024 BUMN Joint Recruitment

There are a number of requirements that applicants must fulfill if they wish to take part in the 2024 BUMN Joint Recruitment. Below are the requirements;

General requirement

• Indonesian citizens
• Maximum age as of March 23, 2024
• Fresh Graduate: (High School/Equivalent 25 years; Diploma III 27 years; S1/Diploma IV 30 years; Masters 35 years; Experience hire: 45 years
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale) for D-III/D-IV/S-1 and a minimum of 3.25 (4.00 scale) for Masters.
• The minimum average score on the School Examination is 75 (scale of 100) for high school graduates.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Gender adjusts to the position requirements of each BUMN.
• Physically, spiritually healthy and drug free.

Document requirements

KTP document upload requirements:

• Original KTP that is still valid
• KTP must be colored, clear and legible
• The uploaded KTP must have a .pdf or .jpg/.jpeg file format (max. 500KB)
• The uploaded KTP scan or photo is not cropped

Requirements for uploading diploma documents:

• Original diploma/SKL that has been legalized by the competent authorities
• Last diploma relevant to the position applied for
• Diplomas/Graduation Certificates must be in .pdf file format (max. 1MB)
• Scan or photo of the diploma that is clear and not cropped

Requirements for uploading transcript documents:

• Original transcript of grades that has been legalized by the authorized party
• Scan or photo of grade transcripts that are clear, not cropped and read well (personal identity and GPA)
• Grade transcripts must be in .pdf file format (max. 1MB)

Other documents:

• Profile photo must be in .jpg/.jpeg file format (max. 500KB)
• SKCK must have a .pdf file format (max. 500KB)
• Other complete documents must be in .pdf file format (max. 1MB; for example: TOEFL, Certificate, etc.)
• Recommendation Letters must have a .pdf file format (max. 500KB; combined in one file)

Login to your FHCI BUMN account using your email and password when registering

On the dashboard, click the “Curriculum Vitae” menu

Click “Edit CV”

Enter all personal data in the required columns. Also enter one of your social media accounts

In the “Education” section, complete each column according to educational data, starting from education level, name of institution, school, date of diploma, NIM/NISN, to graduation status.

In “Address”, complete the address data for your KTP address and domicile address. If your domicile address is the same as your KTP address, check the box “Same as KTP”

Also fill in the “Work Experience”, “Organizational Experience”, “Family”, and “Skills” menus completely and correctly

In the “Complete Documents” menu, upload the requested documents such as KTP, SKCK, additional documents such as certificates, and letters of recommendation.
