Indonesian mixed doubles Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati qualified for the last 16 Swiss Open 2024. Rehan/Lisa became the 11th Indonesian representatives to qualify for the last 16 of the Swiss Open.
This confirmation was obtained after Rehan/Lisa defeated the German pair Malik Bourakkadi/Leona Michalski 21-4, 21-9 in the round of 32 of the Swiss Open 2024 in St. Petersburg. Jakobshalle, Basel, Wednesday (20/3) evening local time or Thursday (21/3) early morning WIB.
This success made Indonesia successful in qualifying 11 representatives in the round of 16 of the Swiss Open 2024.

On the second day of the round of 32, Wednesday (20/3), Indonesia succeeded in passing seven representatives to the last 16, namely Febriana Dwipuji/Amallia Cahaya, Sabar Karyaman/Muhammad Reza, Bagas Maulana/Muhamamd Shohibul Fikri, Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emmanuelle Widjaja, Rehan Naufal/Lisa Ayu, Alwi Farhan, and Gregoria Mariska Tunjung.
Previously, four Indonesian representatives managed to advance to the last 16 of the Swiss Open 2024 on the first day of the badminton championship, Tuesday (19/3).
The four Indonesian representatives who won on the first day of the round of 32 of the Swiss Open were Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia, Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, Lanny Tria Mayasari/Ribka Sugiarto, and Jesita Putri Miantoro/Febi Setianingrum.
The round of 16 of the Swiss Open 2024 will take place at St Jakobshalle Basel on Thursday (21/3) afternoon local time.
