Man clinging to a wall saved from raging California river – TV Courier

A California man grabbed onto a concrete wall to avoid being dragged into the rushing Los Angeles River beneath him as an operator on a helicopter captured footage of the firefighters’ rescue. A firefighter reached the man and hooked him to a device that hoisted them into a helicopter. The man was taken to hospital with hypothermia. (Ap/LaPresse)
