The “advertising master”. A tragicomedy from the journalistic madhouse
A young German has a hobby of blowing the whistle on illegal parkers. The media is making fun of the 18-year-old. Do they demonstrate him or are they demonstrated by him?

Niclas M., an 18-year-old German, apparently spends most of his free time blowing the whistle on illegal parkers. Last year alone, he says, he filed reports 4,000 times. His goal is to report at least one parking offender in every city or municipality in his home country. But M. also reprimands police officers, for example when the license plate of a patrol car is dirty. He leaves the viewer perplexed: anyone who listens to him wonders whether he has a mental problem or whether he is fooling the media and its audience.
