Singer Melitha Sidabutar died on Monday (8/4). The spiritual singer breathed his last breath when he was 23 years old.

The label posted a photo of the singer whose full name is Melitha Patricia Sidabutar along with her birth and death dates, namely January 8, 2001 and April 8, 2024.

“Goodbye Melitha, with the Lord Jesus in glorious heaven,” wrote Impact Music Indonesia.

The singer whose full name is Melitha Patricia Sidabutar has been known for a series of spiritual songs, such as Faithful Helper (2020), God Knows (2021), and Giving Thanks (2023).

Recently, he also released the Indah Story which was a collaboration with Veren and part of the live worship Worship Night at JCC. The song was released by Impact Music in March 2024.

On the other hand, Melitha is also known for her twin sister, Melisha Sidabutar, who was born on January 8 2001 with a birth time of two minutes apart.

As teenagers, both of them were contestants for the Indonesian Idol Special Season. However, only Melisha got the golden ticket from the jury. Meanwhile, Melitha did not escape.

However, this situation did not stop him from singing. Melitha continues to use this talent, especially to sing spiritual songs.
